Zork Zero? Can't get to far away from the flathead reference.
SC, you're spot on!
The flatheads reference gets it every time. In Zork Zero you meet the famous Lord Dimwit Flathead for a brief moment as one of your ancestors. After that introduction you wake up in his castle and try to stop a curse from taking effect.
It has some brilliant puzzles and humour in it. Anyone else who tried Zork Zero?
Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.

1. C64 game, might be on others.
2. First game to use motion capture (I think/Or so it said on the box).
3. Mid 80's.
4. Sports theme.
5. Not baseball, but some similairities. (When somebody mentions BB, I still see that pitcher hitting that bird in my mind).
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.
Don't know if it was called this but ...One on One
Had a great scene where you could smash the board and a little guy would show up to clean the mess.

6. Not basketball. There is a ball, but not in the title of the sport.
