Round 8 - Old grudges revived, and some overkill
Some nuking action this turn. Smiley built the city of Civgroups, but 4 nukes from Herc left him on 1 city for the second time. NM attempted to build the prophetically named city of I'm screwed, but was foiled by Skanky's spy. Shortly after 2 nukes arrived from Skanky and GT.
The other leaders were involved in secret projects.

I will now reveal to you all our upcoming things we were going to do. We were going to use all our force to take down Hercules, then Skanky and I were going to finish of Spaced Cowboy, while GT stockpiled nukes. Then, GT and Skanky were going to take care of DC, while I, stockpiled, and then killed off Smiley, with the aid of one nuke from Skanky. The other nuke was then going to GT. Skanky and I were going to betray GT, how ironic
Then battle each other out in a match of wit.

The game before when I didn't use my stockpile I got wasted. Those nukes get so itchy.
