The other names were the other people with 3 votes against them; Guy, Jam and Rah. I rolled a 2 on my d20 so Kassi got it. At least I narrowly missed out on a critical failure, so there is something to be grateful for.

While a corporation theme has been much hoped for, I don't think I'm necessarily the right person to write on that, as I've never even had a job in my life.
