When we complete this game i was thinking we could use a premade map for the next game? Or more specifically the best one there is, Omni's World map, which ive attached.
With 1.5x giga maps the size is 105x210. Omni's map is 210x210 so the difference isnt great.
I havent gone through it yet but i think its possible to setup in the scenario editor, bbut i would need to test it with someone else in MP, and the joining order for each player, things like that.
You would each choose a starting civ, then id place your settlers where your civ capitol is IRL, save it as a save game (not a scenario), then resume it in load mp game. The then you each join the game in order the players are in the save i created with the map.
We can test these things at the time, and if it doesnt work we just play another random.
