                            Ah well. On closer inspection, I don't think the archive goes back far enough anyway. I hunted around on my machine here but I can find only the scarcest remnants of anything CTP.

                              Settings and rules.

                              We still haven't decided on the settings and rules. Now, since this is a tournament, I think we should try to reduce the random factor as much as possible. Which means we should exclude ruins, AI, and barbs; and play dual-duel style. However, I won't dictate anything and leave it up to a vote

                              Everyone should vote on the following:

                              Map Settings

                              Map Size: Small, Regular, Huge, or Gigantic.
                              Map Type: Earth or Doughnut.
                              Map Characteristics(From 0-100%)
                              Wet/Dry
                              Warm/Cold
                              Ocean/Land
                              Island/Continent
                              Uniform/Diverse
                              Few/Many Goods

                              In-Game Rules

                              Difficulty: Chieftain, Warlord, Prince, King, Emperor, Deity
                              Barbarians: Ruins Only, Roving Bands, Restless Tribes, Raging Hordes
                              Bloodlust: On/Off. (Irrelevant)
                              Pollution: On/Off
                              AI's: Yes/No. If yes, how many? (1-6)

                              Custom Rules

                              Do we...
                              use Quick Start Mod? (3 settlers, 5k gold, 10k pw, 6 advances at start)
                              Allow Ruins?
                              use Dual-Duel format?
                              Alternative Victory Condion(Yes or No):
                              4x Power Victory (Shouldn't be needed with Dual-Duel format)
