My suggestions so far for Nato II (all apply to Units.TXT):

1. allow units to Pillage
2. Air Transport unit should have some kind of build cost and maintenance cost
3. increase fuel of Air Transport unit to 40 or 60.

then when we start NATOII we can reviews changes before I implement them

and then add as we see an area

like previously stated

its a lot of fun playing with you and since its just us we can pretty much do what we want (with my limited knowledge that is )
