Whatever's going on . . . let's keep the turns rollin'. We're under the 24/48hr rule here, right? So we can 'next' people if we need to.

Is our mediator active? It's flameflash, right? Are we still cc'ing turns to him? I haven't been, but maybe we should if turns are going to get held up. That way he can be the one nexting people.

Alright Grandpa Troll, there has been a formal request for a 10 turn peace treaty with Horned Frog and then all bets are off. How about an official response here and then we'll get this thing moving again (hopefully at a decent pace).
