Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
You use PW to make a farm on a certain spot AND IN THE SAME TURN(!) you have a settler to make a new settlement there. And you get a higher food production from that city in the rest of the game. Simple and easy - if you know it.
This is not considered as a bug, but as a flaw. It is accepted in all standard games unless you (and the opponents) all agree NOT to use it.
The AI is never using it, but on the other hand, the AI dosn't know how to use nukes, make greater invasions from sea, using carriers etc... - so it does not count this way.
First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

actually, i think it is not accepted unless all agree to use it.
Baal: "You dare mock me ?"
O'Neill: "Baal, c'mon, you should know ... Of course I dare mock you."
I am sure it was ONE of the few accepted (and I know it was you, who found it). And I even think it is allowed in the SL-games (I have used it when setling two or three cities as far as I remember, so I hope so). But normally this is a feature you forget about as the PW costs are rather high at the early stage of the game, where it is an advantage (and the price for building Stonehenge instead is low... (right Dimytes ?!)).
But I can't find the spot right now, where that was discussed.

standerd its not allowed unless all players agree.
Yes in SL games no in challenge games unless all players agree.
I heard a loud voice, I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! It's rider was named Death, and hades was following close behind him. They were given power over one fourth of the earth to kill by the sword, famine and plague.

yes, it is allowed in all SL games by default. but for other games (at least the challenge ladder games) im sure it is only allowed if all (both) players agree on it.
