    • I think when you edit the top post in a thread, the subject line can be changed. But this may not be possible after someone has replied.
If it ain't broke, find a bigger hammer.

        i tried that.
first i assumed that it worked but then i realized it had not.
just cause i named the threads for the super league with the initial team names A, B, ...and not the real names...
        too bad

        • NEW SUPER LEAGUE RULE

          Suggested by Yoda

"It is forbidden to enslave your teamates units"

This will be enforce unless there is some more discussion and votes etc..

Ricketyclik; Should our current PBEM game count to SL points? After all, we are only on Turn 4.
                Fine with me

since it would be totally abusable. imagine this:

you and i (being teammates) send diplomats to each other's territory and attack them with slaver/military unit each time.
that is a veeery cheap way to get population increase.
on top of that, since we are truly cooperating, we could even pump our cities quite targeted, depending on where exactly the diplomat got killed.

Does anyone have a summary of how these games are to be scored? I know the winning person/second person gets points, but...
                      thanks,

You are given a 1 minute grace period after starting the thread to change the name. If you give me the threads needing changing and their links, I'll get in contact with the people who have this power.

I'll posting a description of the scoring along with a standings table pretty soon, but just been a little busy.

Basically 2 points to a team for winning a 2x2
1 point to the team for winning a 1x1

The tournament will mostly be decided by those game
                          results.

In the case of ties the *9's count and other bonus
                          will count. bonus are win <100 +10, <150 +5

i opened 5 threads on my teams Super League matches versus other teams. the other 2 were opened by ricketyclik.

ideally, i like all my threads to be of the form:

                            "SL II - game #nr - "
Then the team with the lower team letter in this form:
"Team Name (team letter) vs. "
and then the other team in the same format.

                            e.g.

                            "SL II - game #xy - Raging Hordes (A) vs. ELF (D)"

that would be very nice, Frozzy, but i dont expect you to do it. still it would be nice.

                              • I'm very keen on seeing the game #s with the threads as welll. This is probably not that helpful to everyone, but it will definitely make the record keeping easier, and will remind players of the game numbers later when they report star 9 etc..
