firstly the morganites would like to send our congatulatins to the hackers (i voted for em no way was i gonna get an enemy that powerfull)

secondly although the morganites are prehaps the smalest fraction and can be largely ignored

we do ask that somthing must be done about these mindworms they must be killed if seen the planet seems to be agresive to say the least

Do the morganites have a specific proposal for mindworm control. Our hackers find that having a broad sensor net means that you can see them before they do too much harm but we would be happy to assist in additional measures if people have ones that they wish to advocate

The Hackers would like to propose that any military aid to any faction should be multi-factional. Earth history is rife with situations where supposed aid by the powerful to the weak was a facade for subjugation. While I am sure the Drones have the purest of intentions the hackers do not believe that masses of Drone soldiers is the solution.

In fact the best solution might be for the Drones to send over a dozen or two of those masses of formers you have. Removing fungus and sensoring the lands is more of a long term solution
