Oh... trotsky, drow, what is your opinion on the Empath Guild? The issue is not really decided yet
So far its 3 votes against on the EG but if I read this right, both sebp and I would switch to a yes if anyone claims they have acted in ways to try to obtain the EGYou don't get to 300 losses without being a pretty exceptional goaltender.-- Ben Kenobi speaking of Roberto Luongo

My recollection is that disembarking uses up a full movement regardless of the tile type. Its like disembarking a rover onto a flat road tile. You have 1 movement point left, not 1 and 2/3

I really don't know. What is the argument for banning the Empath Guild, the auto infiltration or the extra votes? The Cloudbase Academy is a gamebreaker (not that it whoever has it is invulnerable, but it is VERY powerful), but I am not sure about the EG.
It does seem like the CBA is out since no one has argued otherwise yetYou don't get to 300 losses without being a pretty exceptional goaltender.-- Ben Kenobi speaking of Roberto Luongo

How stupid of me - I didn't take into account that the auto infiltration gave instant commlinks for every faction. Now I see why some ban this project; being able to play tech broker with no effort put into exploration and years before other players make contact may be considered abusive. I have to think about this one.

Trotsky: I don't have any arguments against the EG, though i understand Flubber's arguments. So my vote is not really a "out, unless someone expected it in" but more a "I don't care, unless someone expected it in". This results to the same though. If either you or drow want it in, it's in. If not, it's out by flubbers preference of NOT having it in (and all the others don't cares).
The way i see it, the CBA is out with 3 clear votes (mid, trosky, myself) and i can't imagine anyone will claim he has taken strong measures specifically to be able to build it already.

The PEG is always a decision since going up that tech line delays getting to eco eng etc etc... I never am sure which is the best way to goYou don't get to 300 losses without being a pretty exceptional goaltender.-- Ben Kenobi speaking of Roberto Luongo
