I am somewhat worried about the rate at which techs seem to be travelling between Chaunk and Trotsky's datalinks. And given recent refusals for trade, I can only assume that there is a permapact with the intention of joint victory in our midst. If I'm completely wrong then please correct me.

Oh well, I feel this is probably my fault anyway. Now that you have seen the strength of a working Totalitarian regime, you can't be responsible for the jealousy and fear that you feel due to the inadequacy of your democracies.

Well, I've been enjoying our wrestling for (human player) top spot on the power charts, I thought it would be a shame to make it seem all peaceful by trading

oh, and the probe team is being withdrawn.

Anyway, if we all agree to choose planned/police state as our main SE settings, then I can see a peaceful conclusion to this PBEM.

Planned, maybe. Police state? The riots would be horrible! Perhaps if you could agree to become a peaceful democratic society then peace would be had by all (After Svensgaurd has paid for the lives of my foils ).
