It's possible that he did not recieve the turn because of the ongoing difficulty between trotsky and chaunk's email systems, and hasnt checked back here because of the big delay i caused. Also, we havent had any confirmation that the vista problem has been solved, so maybe that's the problem. I guess we will just have to sit this out :/

What happened? Did you nuke him and cause him to lose interest? Or is this just his vista issue?

Well no nukes. Been bombarding him with gas choppers though (hence the rising water level), so he was probably getting pissed off with me. I doubt that he would just pack up and leave because of it though.
