Buster, because he runs the best damm SMAC(X) Board on the Web, and has always been more than willing to answer any questions I had.
Oerdin, because as a military veteran myself, I have to vote for someone who has given of himself in a similar fashion, only under much more difficult circumstances (i.e. serving in Iraq).
Hydro: a) the guy knows his stuff! b) He's a blast to talk to! c) Excellent stories!

How could we forget Smacksim, creator of Aldebaran mod, which included many tweaks and tricks? I love his mod. Besides figuring out world builder, he introduced other nice balancing tricks in the game.
