For good reason given all that he does now with respect to CMNing.

I particularly like all his tweaked scenarios.

I just think its a shame that folks like tau ceti don't garner more votes for their past contributions but people do tend to vote for people that are more around now

If you vote for him every time again, he won't drop from the list and will eventually get enough votes to be included.

You might need some patience though.

PJayTycy is right- Tau Ceti had 38 or 45 or so votes but then no one voted for him one round and he was zeroed

                        DC,

Could you please clarify the closing date of this poll?

Your initial post was made on June 5. The thread was titled

"Apolytoner's Hall of Fame: June 2005"

However, later on in this post we see:

"Welcome to the July 2005 edition of the APOLYTONERS HALL OF FAME

(3 Members to be inducted this session)
(Only 10 total will be elected this year)
You have approximately 15-20 days to vote [Until July 25th). "

So, is the last day July 25? Looks like you might have "time warped" through June into July at some point!

I've already voted. However I noticed that others in the SMAC forum may be holding back their votes, waiting for a consensus about whom to vote for.

                        Thanks!

No new nominations are made in the thread I started, so summarizing as far as I can see I'd say the most popular people to vote for are:
                          • Darsnan
                          • buster
                          • Hydro
                          • smacksim

Any additional votes for them would be more than welcomed.

Learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone, for they warp the matrix through which we perceive the world. Extend your awareness outward, beyond the self of body, to embrace the self of group and the self of humanity. The goals of the group and the greater race are transcendant, and to embrace them is to acheive enlightenment.
