As stated in CS' post, to be unbanned, people need to request it. I guess we can assume Dale won't, so it won't really make a difference.

Dale's 3 months ban is a very long ban. Some people have received only 24 hour bans for content that is very against the idea of a family site as well.

The rule to request to be unbanned counts for everyone. Dale has made such a request.
I hope that all the pro-Dale people will understand that he did something very wrong and he harmed Apolytong a lot.
I hope that all the anti-Dale people will understand that people deserve a 2nd chance.

This can be an endless debate, but this is what we have decided. It may be wrong or partly wrong. And maybe it's a good choice. Fortunately this is only an internet forum about a certain game.

I believe Dale shouldn't be unbanned, but I believe more fervently that there are more important things to care about. My stance here is that we should talk about more interesting subjects.

Won't do any good to lobby me... the threats against me and my family were rambilings from a bunch of idiots acting like spoiled brats... I would never take them seriously...

As far as Dale goes... In his PM to be reinstated, I hope he formally apologized (for real this time) for acting like a total ass. I hope he also promised to behave himself... because if he didn't do those two things, he will probably only continue to act like an ass when he starts posting again, doing his best to continue to disrupt this site to help his own new site.

As far as the owners decision... their site, their call. I just hope they aren't bowing to preasure from people who don't have this sites best interest at heart.

Regarding permabans - wasn't Paiktis banned too for some silly comment he made about jews?

Dan banned him after Pattycakes went VERY overboard with comments against the Jews and a bunch of other people as well.
They were NOT just silly comments. He never asked to come back.
