yeah im also a dweller in darkness. i really need a dark skin as my eyes are throbbing right now looking at this.

however, i think that this upgrade is going to make a HUGE difference!!!!!

Whenever I hit the "Reply with quote" button, I get a http 500 error. This has been going on since the upgrade. Basically I can only quote manually now

I also am (using, in fact) a blue foreground style, though that is much further down the list of things to make production-grade (again, it looks pretty dumb without the blue icons). Blue background is first on the list since dark background is more important.

Actually there are several ways of quoting, if this won't work for you. The other easy way is to click on Reply and then in the quick reply box select the box that says 'quote the post'.

Anyhow, you and Oerdin both have this problem, so let's begin the hunt for the problem with what similarities you all have.

Browser? Version? Add-ons on the browser?
Template/Style (of Apolyton)?

As for specs: IE 7, ver 7.0.6001.18000. Flash installed (as far as I remember, that is the only browser add-on I have installed).

1. Why would you want to use IE 7.

2. You have to hit 'reply' on at least one post (or Quote+) before it will work (not be greyed out).

3. What URL are you linking to, when the bad page comes up?

I'm using Mozilla Firefox v.3.0.5. The new site design is very nice. I have only a few problems with them, and they're only small.

For a while, the threads I posted in became subscribed. But that appears to no longer be the case. Is this intentional?

In the "My Threads" menu, sometimes threads appear as unread even though I posted the last post in them. Also when I've already seen the last post in them before.

The post time appears as GMT on my display. I've already set my time zone as GMT -5 hrs in my Control Panel.


All in all, a nice redesign, with just a few problems I'm having.

Are you using the "Enhanced" (WYSIWYG) editor (in your profile)? I think that might be the issue.

It does show up correct, yes.

The timestamp on each individual post does not show up correctly.

I share AliCo's issue with post times.

Current time in Chicago: 1358
Time at bottom of this page: 1357
Time on Ali's post (#224, immed. above): 1838
Time in Al's left-hand user box: 1457 (she's in DC, an hour ahead of me)
