Edit: I seem to be having intermittent problems with the quote button. It works sometimes, other times it takes me to a blank page. I thought it was maybe the forum I was in, as I couldn't quote in the NFL sport thread, and I tried it here, and it worked. But now it doesn't work here - I got taken to a blank page.

Multiquote doesn't do anything.

I tried the reply button, which moved me down to the quick reply box, then I checked the quote message in reply box, with the results above.

Using Firefox 3.0.5.

I just tried Go Advanced so I could preview changes - but that takes me to a blank page.

Hello! I have been a member of civfanatics for about a half a year (known also as CivOtaku there), and I have thought about joining Apolyton ever since i heard about it, but when i first visited, i thought it was too messy. But now that you changed the look of the forums, I decided to join. So here I am!

Change from using the most advanced editor to the middle level - I think that causes the blank pages. We'll have to do some work to figure out exactly why that is, but for now I suggest simply not using it.

There are an awful lot of customizations to be made ... I could probably grab custom pictures, for the buttons, but we're working out a way to more easily change colors hopefully (pop-in pop-ins instead of hardcoded colors in the pop-ins ) .

I repeat (since I just repeated my experience), that my report of using the QUOTE widget in Quick Reply does not result in quoted text. Replacing "QUOTE" with "q" still works.

I think it actually does result in quoted text - it just doesn't display properly right away. At least, as long as I click on edit and then save it, it displays fine. It's no different from using the reply -> quote message in reply (has same issue), so it's probably an issue with quick reply. I'll see if there are any VBB support threads on it, but I don't think we monkeyed around with QR (or any of the replying elements) so I don't imagine that's the problem - but Gramphos might have other ideas.
