Who do I see about getting my PolyPLUS refunded?

Since my question was deleted along with one of the threads:

I don't really want my money to continue supporting the way things have been going around here lately. Unfortunately I still have several months left on my PolyPLUS subscription. How do I go about getting the balance returned to my account?

If this is the wrong forum, kindly move it to one in which I'll get a response.

Unlike certain others, I am not a leech on the community that here. I was among the first to sign up for PolyPLUS because I believe that what has existed here is something worth supporting. Sadly, although the staff and ownership have (I believe) honestly attempted to foster the community here, they have lost sight of what made this place worth visiting in the first place. If they'd get over trying to "set an example" of Asher or anyone else who irks them and get back to the job of facilitating an enjoyable experience here, I wouldn't feel I had to withdraw my share of the financial support (small though it may be).

This is exactly the kind of attitude that is at the root of the problems here. I signed up because I supported the site. This isn't the same thing as a cable subscription.

Not at all. It's more like donating money to a political party or a charity you respect. When you no longer support what it is doing, it's reasonable to ask them to cancel your subscription in support of their efforts.
