Well... maybe because he tried to interject personal crap into it. Which he started I would call that petty.

This is a simple matter of not letting an individual who continued to break the rules, and shows no intent of ever wanting to follow the rules, post on this privately owned site. Trying to make more out of it, or making personal attacks is being petty.

I think everyone would agree that asher should be unbanned, since it's been a month. then, if he breaks the rules one more time, document it publically and permaban. that seems reasonable?

No, that's not reasonable at all. Doing that will produce a foregone conclusion - Asher banned again. Keep him banned or accept him the way he is; those are the only two options.

Everytime we have tried that... he breaks the rules again. It's been done before, and the results have always been the same. One might argue the "reasonable" thing to do is to stop giving him yet another chance

I honestly can't think of anyone here who thinks Asher hasn't broken any rules. I think this is a ridiculous assertion.

BUT UR NOT RIDICULOUS CUZ THAT WOULD BE A PERSONAL ATTACK.

I just think that his rule-breaking should be dealt with differently than the administration here has chosen to deal with it. I've already voiced my opinion on this subject multiple times, however, and I am far too lazy to do it again.
