it is, but I wouldn't give up on Spore like that. While the designing creatures bit seems extremely boring to me, I am hoping that the city, civ and galactic stages may actually be exciting and with some strategy to them.

Ah Dan, just in time to confirm the site will not formally cover Spore.

Sims is an okay game, for a couple of days. There just isn't enough gameplay there to justify a full price game.

b etor's friends wouldn't change things anyway - OT posts don't count. Just a bigger FBI presence - I'd better hide that new Nails album.

And don't you need a login to be able to search the forums for stuff? That might be why there's so many 0 post lurkers/phantoms in that list. If not, I'm sure they're just old AH dls.

You need a login for many things, including search, attachments, civgroups, directory and others. So yes, a good number of zero- or few-post users *are* actively using the site (and beyond that, last time I checked the forums accounted only for about half of our hits, there's a very large group of people who are content to just reading news and articles, downloading files, etc). Contrary to popular belief, Apolyton is good for a lot more than just spamming the forums

/me thinks Spore reminds me of MoO3... tries to do too much, winds up being a horrible suck-fest.
