    Avatar Help needed

    What's up guys.

    I need help with my avatar. I want to make the "CPA red star" translucent and as a background to the image I have now. I've been trying to modify the redstar in GIMP software but can't seem to get it. I kinda want both images translucent but have make the star more 'background-ish' compared to the image I have now.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

          Hmmm, can you make it where the star is even darker?

          I'm starting to really like the eyes in the middle of the star.

                    I'm not sure if this is workable or not, but can someone make me an avatar that is split diagonally? On one side it's a picture of the White House, on the other, a hammer and sickle?
