    so much for the Russell Wilson-Jerry Jeudy show

    at least the Bronc's D showed up to play... albeit the Chiefs are still firing on 7 cylinders with Mahomes and the WR corps needing more time together

        some people wanna bench him for another reason, he gets $39m in 2024 but he gets $76m if he's hurt badly

            Looks like Arthur Smith in Atlanta is the first to go, with Ron Rivera set to be next.

            Three other franchisees already have head coaching vacancies after in-season firings and interim coaches -- Carolina Panthers, LA Chargers, and Las Vegas Raiders.

                      I would, him and Tyreek leaving KC is why the Chiefs wont be going far in the play offs. They get Miami at home? Ouch, could be a quick exit

                        I shouldn't speak poorly of the newly fired but Rivera he shouldn't be the head coach on any team with his track record. Now maybe he's been dealing with low budget teams (Carolina and Washington) but Bienemy should be running the offense and if he doesn't have expertise with defense find someone else to coach the D

                        I think Chico saw the writing on the wall. Rivera was brought in specifically to help instill discipline and change the team culture. Once the owner was forced out and the team was sold, it was just a matter of time until fresh blood would be pumped in. That became clear as soon as they dumped Chase Young and Montez Sweat at the trade deadline. And if making him head coach is the only way to hang onto Bienemy, damn straight the Commanders should do it.

                      Good guy by all accounts but not a good coach. He's a defensive guy but the defense was god awful. The offense didn't seem to be that good either. Based on the Harris press conference, they'll be looking the get the GM first and working together to pick the coach. He did say they do want the most talented person though and they'll be flexible on the timing based on who's available.

                            Vrabel's in the mix for a new job, apparently his firing was a bit of a surprise and he'll get an offer soon
