    • So the nice thing about having Comcast internet, even though I don't have cable, is that it gives me ESPN3. And for the playoff games they have something called "Spidercam". So the camera right behind center with no commentators (though no replays either). They also stick in a score graphic in the bottom right. It's actually a pretty nice way to watch a game.

Penn State -- 3 point dogs

Ohio State -- 7.5 pt dogs
        Iowa -- 3 pt dogs
        Maryland -- 14 pt dogs

And just for the record, the fact that 10 BIG schools got into bowl games is just goofy.

        • Rutgers being an underdog just amuses me, since we kicked the utter crap out of UNC-CH.

          • Schools like Rutgers and Maryland being part of the Big "10" -- not that there's anything wrong with that -- amuses me.

            • Ducks lead 18-13 at half, which is not in any way comforting, given FSU's track record.

You are more than a few years late with Penn State...

Though Oregon has a decent 2nd half track record too, no?

At least PSU and Nebraska a traditional land grant state universities that don't have a view of the Atlantic.

Um.. Rutgers is a land grant university. Though, yes, it does have a view of the Atlantic.

They were mostly unlucky with turnovers. I mean who has 4 fumbles? FSU had over 500 yards of offensive overall. Oregon was the better team, but I think the score at halftime was more indicative of the relative quality of the two squads.
