Not to make light of this terrible situation but this is just too perfect to not point out. Sandusky wrote an autobiography a few years back called Touched: The Jerry Sandusky Story

Touched is the story of Jerry Sandusky’s life in his own words. From his childhood to his professional career, this book goes behind the scenes to explore the successes and challenges that Jerry Sandusky has faced in life, both on and off the football field. After graduating from Penn State in 1966, Sandusky went on to coach collegiate football for 34 years. Thirty-two of those years were with Penn State, as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach under Joe Paterno, until his retirement in 1999. The book also explores Sandusky’s involvement in children’s charities, including the founding of his charity, "Second Mile."

We can assume that significant abuse also occurred at his charity. Who knew what there and didn't report it? Ben looked up their board and their advisors and there are lots of important, powerful, well known people in there.

One member of Second Mile's Board of Advisors is Matt Millen. I have no proof, but I suspect he was behind the whole thing. Fire Matt Millen!

To be fair, you'll never go wrong blaming Matt Millen.

Joking aside, his interview with ESPN the other day felt very real.

Does anybody have a link to Costas' Sandusky interview?
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

"Are you sexually attracted to young boys?" Gives a 20-second meandering answer about how he enjoys the company of little kids. Unbelievable.

His answer to "Are you sexually attractive to boys?" is mind-boggling.

I'm sure it will play a predominate role at his trial.

So it was learned today that the attorney that Sandusky hired to represent him engaged in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl when he was 49 years old, and knocked her up when she was 17.

Wow. This is getting even more mind-boggling.

I see a guilty plea coming.

We're way past the point of bizarre. It's like every new bit of info is more surreal than the last.

Sandusky last night, using the "hey there were lots of kids I never touched" defense with Costas. How the hell does his attorney let that happen??

Tonight McQueary is supposed to speak publicly.
