  • Temple beat Central Michigan. The Huskies are going to get rocked.

    • Because it's still a MAC team. In more important news, I'll take a 3-point win in Starkville. It wasn't pretty and we aren't world-beaters by any stretch, but the defense, which is what worried me in the offseason and week 1, stood up pretty well, and tonight's offensive problems can be fixed.

      • In a few years, Temple will be right back in a major conference. Temple has only been out of the Big East since 2004. Temple will be back.

        • You realize that Temple was forced out of the Big East, right Albert? Besides they barely won both of their games against a 1-AA team (albeit the 1-AA Champs) and another MAC team, and you think they are going to rock UConn?

If HB Bernard Pierce (who is a bit of a douche by the way) is healthy, Temple will rock them.

            • Oh and the I-AA team Temple beat...

"The Big East very recently communicated its interest in adding Villanova as a football member," Wildcats AD Vince Nicastro told the Daily News on Thursday. "As a result, we have decided to embark on an in-depth evaluation of this opportunity."
so that's like beating a Big East team

              Beat Pseudo-Big East team... check.
Beat last year's MAC champion... check.

Yeah well when they narrowly lose a nail-bitter in Happy Valley, there will be reasons to discuss Temple football

Wow. That was really painful to watch.
