That's the right number given your assumptions.
Since the 14th week was a playoff week, and it probably matched you up against an unusually good team, it's a little bit more likely than that. Other factors (such as your team being above-average) could make it less likely than that. The quality of your matchups isn't entirely random or linearly independent, so the 0.9% chance is only a ballpark estimate, not exact.
In any event, it seems like you have probably been royally screwed. I would be in much better shape if I hadn't started Crabtree over Fitz or Marshall. Crabtree blanked while those two each got 7 points. I would have won had I started Torain over Charles but who would have ever done that.
