But Wieters is still a 4 or even 3 C, he'll be sharing DH duties so he'll get more AB than his Natl counterparts. But I'd trade him for Nolasco or a good SS/2B, maybeOriginally posted by Imran Siddiqui View PostWieters for Nolasco? And you know Ricky, if he gets off to a horrible start Ozzy may be begging for that tradeCaptain of Team Apolyton - ISDG 2012

I just picked up a guy in round 17 who will likely have numbers comparable to the most optimistic projections for Wieters. Right now, the only things going for him are potential, and catcher eligibility. I have one decent catcher myself already; aged, yes, but playing in a hitter's park and with the numbers to show for it (>20 HR, >.500 SLG). If you really want to move one of your catchers, you'll have to come up with a better offer."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

Posada is definitely the safer pick. But even if you didn't have a catcher, I couldn't imagine you moving Verlander or Wandy straight up for Wieters (especially not Verlander, who is a Top 10-15 fantasy pitcher).“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
