Early tomorrow morning I"ll be flying to San Francisco for a conference. So my access will be limited. I'll do my best to login and make picks, but you might have to BAPAY me occassionally.

Ok, time for some super-exciting draft stats!!
So far in the draft 11 players were drafted by the same people who drafted them last year. It seems some people are rather fond of their former players.
Guy, Sloww, Stuie, and EmpFab each took a player they had last year. Berz & Fist each took two players they've drafted before, and Imran, the most sentimental of us all, has three players from last year (Longoria, Markakis, and Matt Garza)
22 players drafted so far this year were not drafted at all last year. Two of whom were taken in the top 50 picks. Berz taking Ben Zobrist with the 37th pick, and EmpFab taking Aaron Hill with #48.
36 players were drafted lower this year than they were last year.
68 players were drafted higher this year than last year.
2 players were drafted at exactly the same spot (Pujols & ARod)
So far at least, the player with the biggest fall from grace is Lance Berkman, who was taken 21st overall last year and taken 109th this year by EPW.
The biggest climb is Adam Lind who was taken with the 239th pick last year and this year taken by Imran with the 51st pick.
Other players who climbed over 100 spots are:
Clayton Kershaw, Troy Tulowitzki, Pablo Sandoval, Jayson Werth, Tommy Hanson, Robinson Cano, Ryan Zimmerman, Chris Carpenter, Justin Verlander, Shin-Soo Choo, Justin Upton, Ubaldo Jimenez, Mark ReynoldsCaptain of Team Apolyton - ISDG 2012
When I was younger I thought curfews were silly, but now as the daughter of a young woman, I appreciate them. - Rah

Aww shucks.
Since y'all are so nice, I went in and did the comparison between draft order and ESPN's ranking, like last year. This isn't ADP, it is their ranking based on the player's stats (not all categories we use of course). I forget if this is the same thing I used last year.
But, for whatever it is worth, here are our team rankings so far (negative numbers are best):
1. Ozzy -134
2. Imran 13
3. EmpFab 71
4. EPW 90
5. Vlad 136
6. Fist 139
7. Sloww 172
8. Guy 188
9. Stuie 298
10. Berz 309
(I swear I didn't do it just to try to make myself look good...)
(doesn't hurt though)

He'd be doing much better if it weren't for Randy Wolf. ESPN doesn't think too highly of him apparently.Captain of Team Apolyton - ISDG 2012

I wasn't defending EPW or in any way commenting on that. Just noticed that an update would be nice.Captain of Team Apolyton - ISDG 2012
