Note to new Salary Cap players:

If you have players who have dropped in value, you can drop them, then buy them back at the new low price.

I would assume that it only effect players which have dropped in value... Does it reset the number showing the increased value?

Only resets the dropped value. Players that went up still shows how much they were paid and how much it went up. Opposite of how resigning works in real football.

That's good to know... I was always afraid to hit that button because I wanted to easily know how much the players had gone up from their initial value so if bye weeks were coming up, I could determine the hardship cost of dropping them and picking them up later again.
