The intent of the rule is to allow changing the BAPAY picks within a reasonable time.

I'm aware NYE - that's why I didn't say 'until his next pick'. Until the end of the 5th round is more than long enough, I think, that's more than a full round's worth.

The problem with two full rounds is that players that were not under consideration as real picks in the 4th start to look nice in the 6th, so you're basically devaluing Hossa at that point below his real value [ie]. See the NFL league with Vincent Jackson (and that was only half a round!).

(Also, a whole round, to the end of the 5th, gives him plenty of time to check in.)
