Kinsler was ranked at #11 over a certain someone's pick of Utley at #22 by Yahoo.

I rode Kinsler to much success two years ago... but he was a 12th round pick or something back then

You realize the O-rank is generic Yahoo predicted rank and doesn't take into account our stats, right?

The reason Kinsler was a poor pick is that you could have had him in your 2nd round pick.

no, Utley is a 1st rounder no matter what yahoo says, Kinsler could have slid well into the 2nd round but Sloww likes them Texans and didn't wanna take the chance. Methinks Yahoo screwed Sloww by ranking Kins above Utley.

Yep, Utley is undoubtedly a 1st round. IIRC, I took him as my 1st round pick last year and won 1st place .

Only "Rank" mentions the stat filter selected. "O-Rank" doesn't.

Teix is a great choice at about that point - assuming he doesn't fall into the Yankee blues, he's solid OBP and fine at most other categories. I nearly took him over sizemore but thought he'd be more likely to fall to me at 2.2 than Sizemore (who's ranked VERY highly in some circles).

CC's a risk/reward pick - he's clearly a top pitcher, but moving to the Yanks will hurt (not help) that, as we don't count Wins here. As long as he doesn't wear out he's a great choice and will give you plenty of high quality innings.

The one thing is that from the first two picks, he may be a Yankees fan (I say "may", because those were two of the big plays the Yanks made this offseason in plucking some of the best FA talent). Knowledge that may come in handy later on.
