The Lions haven't had great QBs, either: Jon Kitna, Joey Harrington, Charlie Batch, Scott Mitchell, Andre Ware, Rodney Peete, Erik Kramer, Eric Hipple, Gary Danielson, just to name a few.
For a quality QB you really have to go back to the 50s and Bobby Layne:
