I propose the following order of priority for BAPAY assignments:

1. Non-kicking starter, offense (7 on roster)
2. Starting defense (4 on roster)
3. Backup RB/WR (up to 9 total RB+WR, meaning starters +4)
4. QB2
5. TE2
6. DEF5
7. QB3
8. Kicker

That gives us a solid roster target of 9 RB/WR, 3 QB, 2 TE, 5 DEF and a kicker. Twenty players total, per league settings. Offensive players to be based on Yahoo "Actual" rankings, defensive players to be based on Yahoo "Fantasy Points" ranking.

Making a procedure and discussing it is more thought than is required. Whoever's here, just go with it. It can be changed later if they object too much, and if they take so long to come back that they're stuck with a lower-level player at the position they want, too bad, that's the penalty.
