                          At least we're moving and 3 have expressed the same opinion on need. I can't argue against taking Ray Lewis.

                            Rule 1 in BAPAY is you never BAPAY a kicker, unless it is the last round and he has no kicker.

                            Generally, you should BAPAY by "standard strategy order", which would be something like (starting RB/WR/QB) first, starting TE second, backup RB/WR third, backup QB fourth (but those can switch depending on the ****tiness of the #1 QB), starting DEF fifth, backup TE sixth, backup DEF seventh, more backup WR/RBs eigth, and kicker ninth. Something like that. Obviously it should vary if the person you are BAPAYing has a known/stated strategy; the point of BAPAY is not to screw them over entirely. Except when it is.
