Well NYE and I are neck and neck in most categories-- (its amazing to me that 5 of his 6 assists are PPA-- I know some guys are power play specialists but thats a pretty high rate)-- I don't realy expect a lot tonight- Almost all my guys are facing pretty good keepers tonight and my Dallas guys played last night and got pummeled-- They won the game but San Jose went physical partway through and realy really pounded the Stars. A few powerplay points would be nice-- goals would be even more precious

WTF is wrong with San Jose anyway. I've seen a bunch of games where they get a bunch of shots and decent chances but it seems like the whole team can't score

I was looking at the standings and the current week and it looks like it will be tough sledding for anyone trying to gain on the Spiritual Depantsing-- They are 7-0-1 and going strong again in the early going tonight

They are also the only team that is "undefeated" at 5-0 while I believe most of the people chasing them are 3-1-1-- Just looking at their lineup, I can see them being tough all season

OH and I'm peeved with Briere tonight-- I can accept being pointless but minus 3 or 4 in the second period is not really acceptable

I figured I needed a third goalie, since qualifying for goalie games with just two can be a dicey proposition. Neither of my goalies had played yet this week.

I looked at all the other team's rosters and saw that no one else really had a goalie to spare, so I picked DiPietro back up.

My office to the Dome is a 15 minute walk-- AS it worked out, I could have missed the first two periods and not missed any effort on the part of the Flames (with Phaneuf being the exception)

The third period, the Flames dominated as it was the Nucks turn to go to sleep-- but close but no cigar for the Flames

Oh and what a lousy night for my team-- nothing at all offensively except for Lecavalier and a bad night for Emery

Going into Friday with FOUR categories tied means who knows WTF will happen but I am not liking how my goalies are looking (Emery seems able to throw a shutout for half a game before giving up a bunch of goals)

I hope it's never very frequent. Stupid fights like that is how you dislocate shoulders, and **** like that. Bad tradeoff...

He's fought Todd Bertuzzi, does that count?
