There have been some amazing comebacks in sports history.

Didn't the Bills (back on January 3, 1993) overcome a 35-3 lead by Houston in the third quarter to win 41-38.

We are talking professionals here. Play to win at all times. I could see if we are talking kiddy football to not run up the score, but these guys are getting paid to do a job. If you can't stop the other team, don't whine about it. Because the other team is getting paid to score and win.

and that was the best game of Franch Reich's career, IIRC, and he went on to flop with the expansion Carolina Panthers


I agree with you Ming, Professionals, if and I say a big IF it is wrong to embarrass a team by running up the score, how much more embarrassing would it be to allow the other team to play while you play lame duck?

Wait, I'll go ask my 2 grandsons, they love beating me up and have no idea I am letting them.
