very few games for a few days with heavy nights on Wednesday and Saturday--- lots of players on the bench

I just noticed-- If your opponent doesn't get their golaie games in, you can win "shutouts" even if you have NONE. I had thought a person would just get zeros in the goalie categories but they instead default them all

Which leads to the question why anyone would pick Brodeur in the fiurst round and then not even contest the goalie category this week?

Boo may not have been paying close enough attention and noticed that Jersey only played twice this game week. I expected to see him move to another backup on Saturday, but then Brodeur didn't play and he still would have been screwed unless he could have rightly guessed that Toskala would get pulled last night (quite a wild 3rd period).

hmm-- Oh well --its not an issue for him this week as NJ plays 3 times but it does seem to be the drawback of a i team strategy for goalies- There are quite a few weeks that Jersey plays only twice and then its a scramble to get the third game

It was a bonus for you I guess to win two categories you might have lost or and at best would have tied respectively.

Yeah. It's a 3 point swing (tie and loss turned to wins).

I thought about posting a note for Boo after I picked up Holmqvist. I guess I should have.

It's always a cheap way to win, but thems the rules. I don't think you should be sending notes to opposing teammates to help them out with them. Boo knew what he was getting into with the 1-team goalie strategy.

well he won enough other categories to "win" the week anyway.

But overall I agree with Asher-- Part of any league is that a win is a win regardless of how it occurs.

I was just looking and I think I may be in for a hard week-- The Senators play FOUR times and at the rate Alredsson is going, he could single-handedly sink someone-- particularly since my top two offensive players only go TWICE this week

On the flip side-- 2 wins and a .950 sv% is a good start in the goalie category
