Pitching, in both leagues, is another gamble. Yahoo asterisks pitchers scheduled to start, in theory. I've been burned many times over that one.

and if you add a player from yahoo, he wont show up on your roster until the next period of time - week or day - becomes active. For example, I picked up Stephen Drew SS Ariz when Furcal was destined for the DL. But he didn't show up on my roster for that day, he appeared on my roster starting the next day. With weekly he wouldn't show up for any day of the week but he does show up for the next week's roster.

yeah, with weekly it does matter because if you have an SP going Monday or sometimes on Tuesday (no off day Thursday) that pitcher will get 2 starts for that week. We have a minimum number of innings required each week so we gotta throw starters. The minimum doesn't apply allstar week, yahoo changed that finally.

Ok just so I understand. The league runs from Sun - Sat. So you can have a roster Sunday (day 1) - then change it Monday but have to live with that until next Sat. So you can have 2 rosters during the week. A Sunday roster then a Monday thru Saturday roster? I say this because I had David Wright Sunday saw he wasnt playing Monday took him out and then got locked into that roster.

BTW - I thought weekely only referred to a weekly calculation of scores not a weekly change of roster.

Uhm, no. It does run from Mon to Sun.
It's just that opening day is a special case as last sunday was like week 0 but stats produced that day count for week 1.

league runs Monday - Sunday, make your changes for the upcoming week on or before Sunday. That roster will be yours all week starting Monday. Both daily and weekly calculate scores on a weekly basis, but weekly is easier for people who cant keep a close eye on their team and cant make changes day in and day out.

Is it just me or stats for the suspended Mil@Fla game haven't been awarded yet?

The suspended game between Mil and Fla completed on April 11 will have its stats applied for the 10th, when the game began. Your lineup set for April 10 will determine which stats you get. Take a look at the Stat Corrections page to see the affected stats. These corrections will be run on Sunday, April 15.
