Here we go, this is the full press conference, uncut and uninterupted. It went along as expected, maybe a little rambling, until about 3:41, when he decides to complain about how slow these investigations go. At 5:04 he brags about how he raised the standards for air traffic controllers "over the mediocre Obama standards", complains how Biden made them "even lower", and how Trump signed an executive order raising them again "last week" (let's remember, this press conference started with a moment of silence for people who died the previous evening and offering condolences). Then he goes into the DEI stuff at about 7:15. I'll let you watch that. edit: I almost forgot about his rant about Pete Buttigieg at 10:10.

Yep... and on Trump's watch. But as expected, he blames liberals and DEI. Maybe he should have concentrated on hiring more staff instead of freezing hiring.
His big "promise" was that he would bring food prices down... but after getting elected he admitted that there wasn't much he could actually do.
Instead of helping Americans like he claimed was his first priority... he has instead focused on cutting their healthcare, and other safety nets, and stopping regulations meant to help Americans. But I guess sending his nazi troops out to round up citizens and veterans in the process of his deportation blitz is ok as long as he gets some of those brown people.

But we have seen the problems of Trumps plans already as AMERICAN CITIZENS are getting detained and harassed by Trump and his administration.
I guess we all need to carry ID's on us at all times now or face being thrown in a camp and face deportation. I never thought I would see the day when police were demanding us to show our ID's for simply walking down the street or being at work.

because there was no way it would be a good explanation especially at that level. Even if a "DEI" incompetent hire screwed up in a way that turned out to have directly caused the accident you can't say DEI caused or contributed to the accident. it would be like saying climate change caused the California wild fires.
