Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
It's interesting to compare Serb's links to articles like the one below. The authors immediately lede the article with a bare shelf picture but it's of a Finnish Prisma. I can't help but wonder if such ostentatiously foreign and Western franchises in Russia have been more heavily impacted by the sanctions? And then the numbers that are given in the article seem to indicate far less impact than implied in the image. I would ignore the article as misleading but I'm finding it widely cited in Western media.
I wonder if any reduction in consumer options is noticable to Russians at all yet?
I wonder if the ostensibly private media have an incentive to exaggerate Russia's shortages?
In 2008 when the so-called "paliament" of Kosovo have declared its independence - there was no ANY REFERENDUM about that!!!
PERIOD!
In 1991 there was a referrendum about to keep the Soviet Union alive and in Krimea to be exact there was a referendum about Krimean sovereignity in 1991 Ukraine didn't give a sh!t
So, if you appeal to the Kosovar referendum of 1991 and self-proclaimed parliament desicion in 2008 to declare independancy, then why the Crimean referendum of 1991, which results have been confirmed by the referendum of 2014 is different for you, WESTERN STUPID LYING MOFOS?!!!

Well of course for me they aren't different. I don't think either has standing to declare independence. I don't think anyone is going to convince me that any country had any business recognizing Kosovo independence. I cite the 1991 Kosovo poll because it shows that Crimea and Donbas aren't the only places that have had strong Separatist sentiment. I hope that if Ukraine holds on to its Separatist areas that Serbia can leverage that standard into regaining some recognition of its sovereignty over Kosovo. I would think the EU along with the UN Security Council should be able to put them back together.
