No Federal agency is denying a woman her right to choose, so not sure what you are saying by quoting a Federal Document anyway, but I understand frustration. The court has ruled, correctly, that this was not a right delegated to the Federal Government by the people and it is therefore reserved to the States or the People.
A constitutional amendment would rectify this. If the Democrats really want to get everyone on record for the upcoming elections, they should get busy with proposing an amendment to move through Congress. Instead they just vilify the SCOTUS for just doing its job.
If this had been handled correctly in the first place we would not have seen 50 years of bellicose whining from pro-lifers...well at least not to the extent we did see it. Now we will have to endure some amount of time of bellicose whining from pro-choicers. and yet you are construing the enumeration of certain rights to deny or disparage other rights that are far more fundamental than guns or any other rights that are enumerated.

But you need to have a mandatory counselling session firsthand (at a certified point of counselation), where you talk about alternatives to abortion.
Likewise abortions are free from any prosecution, if the pregnancy is the result of a rape, or if it is necessary in order to save the life of the mother
