Not according the sources I found. Fallujah was 30-60% destroyed. Mariupol was 90% destroyed.

What city in Iraq was as thoroughly destroyed as Mariupol? What city did Ukraine destroy? They had 8 years to mess up Luhansk or Donetsk as badly as Russia has messed up every city it occupies and yet somehow all the Ukrainians managed to destroy was an airport outside Luhansk.

Blah blah blah... you are bombing cities and civilian targets. That is bad no matter WHO does it.
It's bad when we have done it... and when others do it. And BAD WHEN YOU DO IT

And you are still doing it because your army kind of sucks at everything else.

Not only this ... it would also protect the lives of countless Russian soldiers (especially those who were conscripted and are sent to the front with barely any training)

The only ones bombing hospitals, schools, refugee centers and civilian buildings pretty much consistently are the Russians.

The article said the ICC and Ukraine hadn't released the details. From what I read kids were set up in relatively stable situations away from the war. Some parents wanted to get their kids to safety, some are left tracking down their kids. If thats a war crime are you saying these kids should have been left at the school? Ukraine is recruiting boys.

Azov has been attacking the area since 2014, but Russia controlled it at the time of the article so they had a moral duty to evacuate people if possible. Parents fear Azov more than Russia, if they appear to approve or permit their kids staying in Russia they risk the collaborator label. How do you think the parents of these special needs kids would react to the Russian soldiers who risked their lives to evacuate them?
