So far as I recall only three people people have launched unprovoked attacks on me on OT with trillion and Buster Crab making up two of those people hence my suspicion that Buster is behind trillion.

I guess everybody can look at things from different angles. I think Trump pushed NATO to increase their spending by using some questionable tactics, but I don't think he was out to end/weaken the alliance. I think he was just sick of the USA carrying more than its share of the load. The military aid to Ukraine's actual delivery dates were not affected if I recall correctly...it was only the certification that was delayed...again it was questionable tactics (but does any one believe that Hunter Biden doesn't at least need to be formally looked into?). Trump withdrew US from the treaty because Russia was repeatedly violating it with its intermediate range missile development...why would the US stay in a treaty that had become one sided? Trump certainly was an interesting President, but people really do go out of their way to distort things.
