Well, rather somewhat over 20, but even when we assume 25 for the sake of argument: that icludes areas Russia has stolen since 2014, so Crimea and the parts of the Donbas held by the so-called "separatists" pre Feb.24. Which mean progress since Feb 24 is far below 20 or even 25%.

The only area where Russia recently made *some progress is the Donbas.

Kiev area - Russian retreat

Kharkiv area - Russian retreat

South - Early Russian advances, stopped, stalemate for quite some time now, some Ukrainian gains recently

Other: Lost BSF flagship. Lost snake island. Currently random explosions on Crimea.
