The Ukrainian military has far less artillery ammunition than Russia so of course it is necessary for them to divert much of it in false flag operations against Ukrainian civilians where it can make the largest difference in slowing down the Russian offensive.

Turkey has withdrawn opposition to Sweden and Finland joining NATO (breaking news - just signed a deal).
NATO is currently having a summit meeting in Madrid. Deal should be concluded swiftly (in diplomatic terms), probably before the end of the summer.

Another "false flag" missile strike by the "Ukrainians", this time on a stadium in Mikolaiv.

On one hand, all these strikes on civilian targets are straight-up war crimes, but if the Russians manage to continue targeting them while they are empty, like this one, then please continue.

Ukraine confirms Russian withdrawal from Snake Island

Ukrainian officials have also confirmed that Russian forces have withdrawn from Snake Island, a strategic outpost in the Black Sea.
The head of President Zelensky's office, Andriy Yermak, said: "KABOOM! No Russian troops on the Snake Island anymore.
"Our armed forces did a great job," he wrote on Twitter.

The Russian Defence Ministry says it has withdrawn its forces from Snake Island, which became a focus of attention in the first few days of the war when a small group of Ukrainian soldiers defending the island were heard in audio recordings telling a Russian warship to "go to hell".
"As a goodwill gesture, Russian troops have today completed the performance of tasks on Snake Island and withdrawn the garrison stationed there," the ministry said.

So NATO is expanding. Russia has lost a lot of forces. The world now looks at Russia like a paper tiger. hmmm... not going to good for putin. unless this was his plan all along.

One wonders what the Chinese government is thinking. China does have terrotorial disputes with Russia for quite a bit of land including Vladivostock and surrounding areas.

Perhaps they are thinking it would be jolly lark to hop over the Ussuri River and grab some territory.

On the other hand they might be wondering their military equipment has actually been maintained or the funds stolen. Have their troops been trained? Do their trucks have fuel or tyres?
