Based on my half-assed Google search, an enlarged heart is a product of another condition rather than a disease in itself. So whether or not it could be corrected with surgery or medications depends on what the underlying cause is.

Sorry, but that's impossible. The size change of my heart is irreversible. Sure, there is always an option to implant a new heart as they suggest, but f*ck them! I'll keep drinking instead and enjoy every second left.

Don't worry I am not afraid for a bit. Because I have nearly died last summer already and those were only my father's eyes which hold me to this World when the ambulance was doing their job. He saved me with his look when I was feeling that it is all over. Trust me - every alive being feels that its time has come. You just feel it!!!
Since that moment I value every second I have and sometimes smile like an idiot when I just drive my car to my job.

Death is not the worst thing, which can happen to a man. Some other things are much worse.

The pills I take keep me alive, but the only solution is a new heart implanted, they can do that for free (since I live in a socialist country unlike you), but who cares? That is only a temporal solution anyway. I prefer to go with my own heart.

They call it a post-myocardial cardiosclerosis and a dozen of other heart problems I can't remember. Besides I have a clot in my heart, so every second could be the last for me.
