Ray Epps incited the riot. There is video of this. He was on the FBI top 20 wanted list. They erased him from it. In fact they erased everything about him on all of their public websites. He has not been charged.
Maybe the Commission would be interested in that.

yup, I see Glenn Greenwald is looking into the curious case of Ray Epps
the day before he's telling people they need to invade the capitol and then outside he whispers to a young guy who seconds later leads the charge thru the barricades - it looks like the initial surge too. I gotta look at it again but I dont remember seeing any other protesters storming the building from that angle. And then after the young man led the charge, Ray Epps stood there as protesters ran by him. He turned away, he didn't follow them. Yeah, I think that guy was planted to turn a protest into a riot and he did.

He was non-prossed because there is no evidence he either (a) entered the Capitol building itself, or (b) participated in any assault on Capitol Police officers or others. Just one of thousands of yammering idiots who trespassed on Capitol ground. Thousands of others were non-prossed for the same reason. Of course they erased him from the list once he was not a subject of prosecution.I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... Do you like beer Senator?

Yeah... blame it all on one guy... and there is still no proof he was FBI, Law Enforcement, or a paid stooge.
For now... it's all just a "conspiracy theory" and one with no real proof behind it.
But go ahead and try to blame it all him... if there is ONE person to blame this on, you don't have to look any further than Trump.
Keep on Civin'

- Inciting to riot: When a person encourages others to engage in a breach of the peace without acting themselves. This crime can involve signs, statements, or conduct that encourages others to riot.
- Conspiracy to riot: Involves planning illegal actions that would cause a breach of the peace. However, a conspiracy conviction requires the accused to have taken an overt action to further their plan.https://www.federalcharges.com/rioti...-riot-charges/
