In the case of Randy Weaver in Idaho his lawyer Gerry Spence shredded the state's case with their own witnesses and rested without Weaver testifying. As a juror I'd want to hear from the accused even if I didn't need their version. Maybe the prosecution knows they got stuck with a bad case and had to go thru the motions.

Course what can you do when the witnesses are contradicting your narrative? If the prosecution was seriously trying to convict him of murder what could they do differently? They have to call witnesses or the defense will, but one cop apparently testified the prosecution told them not to serve a valid search warrant on the survivor's phone. Perhaps the prosecution didn't want the defense to get access to it thru discovery. Something funny is going on and I dont mean the ha ha kind. I'd think the defense can subpoena the phone anyway so maybe there's another reason.
Yeah. The defense attorneys are horrible. This whole thing is fishy.

Oh that's right, nobody is... but I guess that doesn't follow the script your masters gave you.
Maybe you should actually read what people are posting before you post the meaningless BS your masters tell you to.
You never fool anyone. It's laughable that you think you are fooling people.

You seem to be the only fool here. Again, PLEASE point out where ANYBODY has defended the prosecutors.
You can't... so it's all just more BS from you, and it ain't fooling anybody.
Again... why don't you actually read what people post before you trot out the messages your masters are telling you to post.

If you ever want to have a real discussion, let people know.

            • So far as I can tell from news reports about the Karl Rittenhaus case:

              - he had an illegal assault rifle, AR15
              - he attended a protest far from his home
              - he shot some people
              - he started shooting AFTER he was actually attacked
              - AND he started shooting AFTER somebody pointed a gun at him

It sounds a difficult and complex case however I would not be surprised if he is found "not guilty".

                • If you watch the videos it's very obvious that he used the gun in self-defense. This should never have gone to trial.

You still haven't shown where anybody defended the prosecutors, because NOBODY DID.
But your masters told you to post it, and you did so blindly like you always do.
So why don't you raise some real issues or actually discuss something instead of being a parrot.

The gun may have been illegal and the other guy had an illegal gun and apparently an armed robbery charge pending.
He lives about 20-25 miles from Kenosha and apparently worked there, earlier in the day he was cleaning up damage from the previous night's riot. The rest is accurate but the video and testimony shows clear cut self defense. Even the 3rd guy with the vaporized bicep admitted he was pointing his gun at him.

Its actually kinda amazing how the kid showed restraint, the 3rd guy who survived ran at him with a gun in his hand and stopped and raised his hands and then resumed advancing and pointed the gun at him when he got shot. If Kyle was a cop he could have blown the guy away when he stopped and raised his hands but Kyle gave him a chance to stop the attack and instead the guy feigned surrender and then attacked anyway.
