    nah, if these guys were black an acquittal would spark riots but i doubt people will get worked up over 3 white boys. If Kyle was black we'd see quite a different environment.

The witness said Rosenbaum pulled on the gun and forensics showed powder on his hand indicating his fingers were around the barrel and video of Huber shows him swinging the skateboard with one hand while his left hand reaches down grabbing the barrel as he went over the kid who was on the ground.

    If Huber had just passed over the kid and let his momentum carry him away he wouldn't have been shot. But he was trying to yank the gun away as he went by and shot himself. The 3rd guy ran up just as Kyle recovered from Huber's attack and got the drop on him. So he puts up his hands as if he's surrendering. The kid lowers his gun and then Gaige charges him again anyway and gets shot. The thing is, the kid ran right by Gaige and told him he was going to find the police. I think they talked briefly.


    And I don't think any of them were charged with anything. Zimmerman was charged with arson but I think that was to keep him from testifying.

      Those people are not on trial; two of them are dead. The underaged dropout crossing state lines with an unlicensed AR-15 - the one who pulled the trigger - is the person on trial.

          I think the jury didn't decide today because they want to delay so that maybe people won't riot.

              He still went to "defend" a business in another state, underage, with a semi-automatic rifle, ignoring a legal curfew, during protests. Clearly looking for trouble, and he found it. Fortunately, Kid's friends sent him a couple million bucks to make it all better.

              Yeah, protecting a used car lot with a semi-automatic is very heroic.
              And in 3 nights of protests and demonstrations, only one person shot anyone. That shooter was Kyle Rittenhouse.

              Kyle testified that Rosenbaum came out between two cars after he had threatened to kill him two times. You can stalk people and then ambush them.
